Nature has long occupied a central place in visual culture, not simply as a subject to be represented, but as a space through which artists examine perception, memory, material, and our relationship with the environments we inhabit.

Bringing together artists from different countries and practices, Nature considers how the natural world is interpreted through contemporary image-making. Landscapes, botanical forms, animals, water, organic structures, and changing environments appear across the exhibition, moving between observation and abstraction, recognition and transformation.

Within these works, nature is rarely passive. Colour, texture, gesture, and composition reshape familiar forms, while landscape and organic imagery become carriers of memory, emotion, cultural experience, and ecological awareness. Some artists remain close to the visible world; others fragment, simplify, or reconstruct it, revealing how our understanding of nature is shaped as much by experience as by observation.

Together, the works position nature as both subject and language a continually changing space through which ideas of place, fragility, belonging, and transformation can be explored.
